Did you know we have a Private Function Room located above the original bar? Ideal for groups of 30-65 guests. The space stays true to the buildings heritage with wood, brick, & high ceilings flowing throughout the space.
Love Polly’s unique 1920s Parisian theme? Or are looking for a less formal event with the atmosphere of the crowd in the main bar?
Book our Exclusive Side Bar, a reserved area adjoining our main bar. Perfect for groups of 15-35.
Want the entire bar as a Private Event?
Are you absolutely in-love with the Main Parisian Themed bar, and must have it to celebrate your occasion? We offer Saturday 12 – 5pm Functions where we reserve the entire bar for your guests only. As an added bonus, for engagement parties our experts create bespoke cocktails tailored to the future groom/bride’s personalities. Minimum 40 guests. For more info enquire below.
Food & Drinks
For food, we are able to offer functions catering, or pizzas.
If you want to do your own grazing table, or bring any other food, we allow that also. As long as it does not require kitchen access.

The food came as arranged and eaten very quickly. ? The service was excellent as well, in terms of the assistance with music, cake, serving drinks and clearing tables. I felt like the team were on top of things without being in the way of the guests.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so incredibly accomodating and helpful the entire time. I felt so looked after and it made the night so incredibly easy and so enjoyable.
My friends and I haven’t really been able to all be out together a lot due to the lockdowns so being able to have all my friends around me to celebrate my birthday was so incredibly special and thanks to the team, who made my night, a night I will never forget.

We recently held my daughter’s 18th birthday in the function room upstairs at Polly Bar and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
From our initial contact with Michael, through planning food, drinks, and music, to the bar team on the night, everything was nothing short of amazing. All of our guests have raved about the venue and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Polly. Nothing was too much trouble, and Michael and the bar team were accomodating, helpful, and attentive.
