We’ve recently expanded our selection of whisky classes in order to provide more tailored approaches to some of the most popular whisky themes – from the classic ‘Irish Whisky’ class which takes you to the birthplace of whisky as we know it today; to our ‘Straight from the Barrel’ class which features whisky in it’s most pure form.
Over the course of an hour and a half you will be guided through a selection of whisky’s by our experienced bartenders, who take their whisky drinking more seriously than Frank Sinatra, Christina Hendricks or surprisingly Hillary Clinton. To finish the class off each guest gets to sit back, relax and enjoy a tailored old fashion, highlighting the flavours and journey of the class.
Want to complete your experience – we recommend you add a selection of canapes.
Polly is also famous for its cigars – add a cigar to your class and our knowledgeable staff will also guide you through the cigar basics including cutting, lighting, smoking and storing cigars finishing off with a journey around the cigar regions and through their history.
